1. Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship all NZ orders using NZ Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier volume, weather, or other external factors.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Urban: 1–3 business days

  • Rural: 2–5 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your NZ Post tracking link. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear.

 

4. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, please contact us at kloactivenz@gmail.com and we will work with NZ Post to help resolve the issue. While we cannot control courier delays, we will always do our best to support you.

 

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — additional shipping charges may apply.

 

6. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat $10 shipping rate for all New Zealand orders, regardless of location or parcel weight. Free shipping applies to orders over $100. We may also run additional free‑shipping promotions from time to time.
